With these essentials in place, your suite is fully operational before the first rent cycle, and no further administrative fees apply.
Refundable Reserve Fund
We hold a refundable $300 reserve fund in trust, ready for emergency locksmiths, urgent repairs, or same-day cleaning so issues can be resolved without delay. This buffer means you never have to be on standby for late-night approval calls. We authorize work up to your pre‑approved limit with Rentura and list every transaction in your monthly owner statements.
