How long does onboarding take?

Onboarding typically takes 2-3 business days. Once we receive your property details and preferences, we'll set up your landlord dashboard and prepare tenant communication. You'll receive a summary to review before we go live. 

Can I use my own contractors?

Absolutely. If you have preferred service providers, we're happy to coordinate with them. Just share their details during onboarding, and we'll integrate them into your maintenance preferences.

What if I already have tenants in place?

We smoothly transition tenants into our system, send a welcome package, and walk them through new communication and payment methods without any disruption.

When do I get paid each month?

Owner payments are typically processed around the 15th of each month, after rent is received and your balance is calculated. You'll receive a clear monthly statement outlining all charges and transfers.

What if a tenant stops paying rent?

If a rent issue arises, we handle the communication, notices, and necessary steps in line with Ontario regulations. 

What if I decide to sell my property?

No problem. We'll help ensure a smooth transition for both you and your tenants. If
needed, we'll assist in preparing the unit for showings and coordinating communication with your realtor.

Is there a contract or long-term commitment?

Our service is month-to-month. There's no long-term lock-in, and you can cancel at any time with 60 days' notice.
